The service

Sooner Fortified Roofing is operated by Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon limited liability company doing business as Compass Lead Group. The site is a marketing and lead-generation service that connects homeowners with independent local roofing professionals. Compass Camper LLC is not a roofing contractor and does not perform roofing installation, repair, or FORTIFIED evaluation work.

How the match works

When you submit the form, we forward your details to an independent local roofing professional. Any agreement for roofing work is between you and that contractor directly. Compass Camper LLC is not a party to that agreement, does not set its price or scope, and does not supervise the work.

No warranty on contractor work

We do not warrant or assume responsibility for the work performed by any contractor you are connected with, or for their credentials, registration status, insurance, or conduct. We provide tools to help you verify a contractor's Construction Industries Board registration, OKReady roster status, IBHS credential, and insurance, and you are responsible for confirming those yourself before you contract.

Program information

Information on this site about the Strengthen Oklahoma Homes grant, the section 962 insurance discount, building codes, and the IBHS FORTIFIED standard is provided for general reference and is cited to primary sources. Programs change. Confirm current terms with the Oklahoma Insurance Department, your insurer, and the applicable authority before you act.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Compass Camper LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any work performed by a contractor you are connected with. Any direct liability is limited to a nominal amount.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled under Oregon law.
